Of bringing out the best in you.

That they take in all you do.

Some people make you comfortable,

Right from the very start.

With their smiles and love for life,

Comes with a tender and caring heart.

I did it!

Yup, I did it, I ran 3.2km in 26:16 yesterday. Yeah, I know, that's like so lame, but this is the first time I ran since Chinese New Year LAST YEAR!!! Yeah, I know..... WHAT THE??? But ever since things got busy at work, and I kinda didn't bother to run, so I never did run after so long.

I wanted to give up at 1km already... I tell you, it was amazing how I actually could finish, with my current body weight at 68.7kg. Last time, it's so much easier, because last CNY, my body weight's only 59 or 60. And most of the problem comes from that one-pack right in front of me. Ooppss!

Well, apart from spending time with family, reading books, spending time with God, and savouring all the Kuching authentic foods, I plan to rejuvenate my physical body through good nutrition and proper physical training. So by the time the 3 weeks is over, when I'm back in KL, you can expect a nicely tanned, 6-packs, moderately muscular body... heheheh... *winks*

My goal is to cover 3.2km, or equivalent to 2 miles, in 13 mins. No impossible, with discipline and perseverance. And I do plan to continue this when I'm back in KL. Maybe I can go jogging with you, yeah :)

And I will work towards 80 pushups in 2 mins, 80 situps in 2 mins, and 12 chinups.

Thank You Lord for a great 3 weeks break from all the stress and work in KL!

Stranded in KLIA... hahaha!

Oh well, I was supposed to board the 2pm flight back to Kuching but during the check-in, I was shocked when the MAS staff told me that my ticket is for 17th of March, not 17th of February!!! WHAT THE??? Hahahaha... and I didn't realize it until now.........

Had to pay USD 20 + RM3 to re-issue my ticket. Anyways, I was praying really hard because I really want to go back today to have Reunion Dinner with my beloved family. I tried to get a standby ticket but come on... it's Chinese New Year eve and even all the first class seats are fully booked for all flights.

So I went to the 3rd floor to get my ticket re-issued, dun really know what to do. And amazingly, the lady told me she could change my ticket to 4:30am the next morning, so I COULD STILL GO HOME for CNY after all.......... hahahaha........... Thank You Jesus!

At least I could still go back, despite not being able to go back as planned. Hmmm... did someone wished too hard that I won't be going back??? Hmmm... heheheh... just kidding!

Anyways, now, I am blogging. Because I have more than 12 hours to spend! Hahahaha....... And THANK GOD for free Wi-Fi in KLIA!!! If dun have, I could still read my 3 books that I brought back to read - Harry Potter 4, The Chamber - John Grisham and Greater Works - Smith Wigglesworth. Anyways, THANK GOD for free Wi-Fi, nice place in McD to plug in my laptop's power, and nice music too, hahaha.........

This kinda reminds me of The Terminal (Tom Hanks & Catherine Z)....... hahahah! Stranded in the airport........ for 12 hours only lah...... thank God!

ANYWAYS, I'M BACK BLOGGING FRIENDS!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!
